It is very important which foods are consumed together, especially when dealing with different health issues. For example, with low iron levels, it is not enough to just consume iron-rich foods; they should be eaten with foods like cashews or carrots, which contain substances that help iron absorption in the blood. Likewise, some food combinations should be avoided!

Every individual is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach; we delve into each person's needs very personally!
Nutritional Therapy consists of two sessions. In the first session at Minu Kallis Keha salon, lasting 60 minutes (which can also be done via video), a thorough anamnesis is taken, problems and desires are identified, you may be referred for blood tests, and then a personalized nutrition plan is created just for you! When the nutrition plan is ready (preparation time 1-5 days), the second 30-minute session takes place via video, where you are guided through the plan! The nutritional therapy and nutrition plan period is 14 days, during which the specialist will answer your additional questions via email!
